Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 80 2226 2222 or email at connect@aanatattoo.site.
You may initiate a return if: the product received is damaged or defective, the product received is different from what was ordered, or the product has a manufacturing defect. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return: products that have been opened, used, or applied to skin; products damaged due to misuse or improper handling; custom-designed products made to your specifications.
To initiate a return: contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery, provide your order details and photos of the issue, we will review your request and provide return instructions, ship the product back in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or bank account as applicable.
